# Be the electrician your town already trusts.

> Be the electrician your town already knows. Bring your town its news every week, and when the panel needs work, they call you. We build it, you hit record.

Nobody lets a stranger open up their electrical panel if they can help it. They call someone they feel like they know. Every week you bring your town its news, and they come to know you and trust you. We build the website, the newsletter and the social accounts, and send you the stories and the exact words to say.

## Most electricians are a sticker on the breaker box.

A sticker inside the panel, a truck wrap, a listing on a lead site that sells the same homeowner to four other shops. People see the name, but they don't know the person behind it.

Electrical work is work people can't check for themselves. They have to trust whoever does it. Show up every week with the news from your own town, and by the time they need an outlet fixed or a panel replaced, you're the one they already trust.

Everyone else pays for leads. You bring your town its news.

## Stories only an electrician tells this well.

Most weeks you tell the town's news. Some weeks the news is about power, and nobody explains it better.

### The storm took out power on the north side.

Which streets are dark, when the utility says it's coming back, and why a generator never plugs into a wall outlet.

### Main Street is getting new LED streetlights.

When the crews start, which blocks close for a night, and what the brighter light means for the houses along the street.

### Home EV chargers now need a village permit.

What changed at the village board, who it affects, and what to ask before anyone installs a charger in your garage.

## One panel upgrade pays for months.

A new panel, a whole house generator or wiring for a remodel can run thousands of dollars. Most homeowners don't get five quotes for that. They call the electrician a neighbor names, or the one they already know.

Be that electrician. Someone who watched you explain the outage and the generator warning has already let you into their kitchen once a week. Letting you into their basement is an easy next step.

## Most marketing buys attention. We build trust.

We've made more than 20,000 local videos, and the ones that bring in customers all do the same few things. Here's the difference.

| What most electricians do | What we do with you |
| --- | --- |
| **Buys attention.** Ads, mailers and paid leads. It all stops the day you stop paying. | **Builds trust.** Your face and your town's news, every week. It adds up, and it stays with you. |
| **Talks about you.** Specials, before-and-afters, "call me today." People have seen it a hundred times and scroll past. | **Talks about them.** What's happening in their town. People watch, and they remember who told them. |
| **Chases views.** Trends and sounds that strangers three states away watch. Views aren't customers. | **Reaches neighbors.** The people in your town, the only ones who can actually hire you. |
| **Buries the point.** A slow intro and a logo. The scroll wins in two seconds. | **Answers first.** One real question per video, answered in the first sentence. That's what makes a stranger trust you. |
| **Shows up when it can.** Twenty ideas posted once, then nothing for a month. | **Shows up every week.** The same rhythm, week after week, until your town expects you. |
| **Disappears.** A post is gone in two days, and AI can't watch a video. | **Keeps working.** What you say lands on your town's website, where search engines and AI can read it for years. |

## Three steps.

Step 01

### Get the week's stories.

Every week we send you what happened in your town, already checked, with the finished script for each one. Keep the good ones, skip the rest.

Step 02

### Hit record.

Read the exact words, in your voice, at the length you record. Your opener and your sign-off are already in the script.

Step 03

### Post everywhere.

Post the video everywhere at once with Unbusied, which comes with your seat. The same story goes on your town's website and into its newsletter.

### I'm in crawl spaces and attics all day. When would I record?

Once a week, in one sitting. We send the stories with the exact words already written, so you can record the whole week at once, at home or in the truck at lunch.

### Do I have to talk about electrical work in every video?

No. Most weeks you tell your town its news: what's opening, what's closing, what the village board decided. When the news is about power, like an outage or a new permit rule, you're the one who explains it.

### I'm not a talker. Will this look awkward?

The first few might feel stiff, and that's normal. You're reading words we wrote for you, in your own voice. Most hosts relax after a couple of weeks, and your town cares more that you show up than that you sound polished.

### Will people expect free advice on their wiring?

Some will ask, and that's a good sign: they trust you. You decide what you answer and when it's time to come look. The videos stay about the town, so you never have to give a lesson on camera.

### Can another electrician in my town do this too?

No. Each town has one host. Once it's you, we don't build the same thing for anyone else in your town.

### Who owns the website and the accounts?

We do. We build, host and run them, which is why there's no build fee. You're the face and the voice of the brand. If you ever leave, the videos you made stay up and a new host can step in, so your town keeps its news.

### What does it cost?

$999 a month, month to month. That includes the website, the newsletter, the social accounts, every week's stories and scripts, Unbusied for posting, and a video chat with us every month.

## Nobody in your town has claimed this yet.

Your town will know you before they need you. Each town gets one host, so it might as well be you.
