For estate and family attorneys

Be the attorney your neighbors already know.

When a parent dies or a marriage ends, people don't want a stranger from a billboard. They want someone they already feel they know. Every week you bring your town its news, and they come to know you and trust you. We build the website, the newsletter and the social accounts, and send you the stories and the exact words to say.

What most estate and family attorneys do

Most attorneys are a face on a bus bench.

Bus benches, a paid spot at the top of the search results, a website full of practice areas. It all sounds the same. People in a hard moment don't want to shop for a lawyer. They want someone they trust.

Show up every week with your town's news, warm and plain, and people stop seeing a lawyer ad. They see a neighbor who happens to be an attorney, and they remember your name when they need it.

Everyone else buys a billboard. You bring your town its news.

The stories

Stories an attorney explains better than anyone.

Most weeks you tell the town's news. Some weeks the news is about the courts or the people you serve, and you're the one who makes it clear.

The county is moving probate court.

Where the new courthouse is, when the move happens, and where to park when you get there.

The new senior center opens on Main Street.

What's offered, the hours, and how to sign up for the lunches and the rides to appointments.

Election day: the judges on your ballot.

Which judges are up, what the retention votes mean in plain words, and where to vote.

People pick a lawyer they already trust.

Writing a will, settling an estate or going through a divorce is personal. Most people put it off, and when they finally call someone, they call a name they recognize or one a friend gives them.

Be that name. A neighbor who has watched you explain the courthouse move and the judges on the ballot already knows how you talk and that you're easy to understand. The first call is easier for both of you.

Marketing that works

Most marketing buys attention. We build trust.

We've made more than 20,000 local videos, and the ones that bring in customers all do the same few things. Here's the difference.

What most estate and family attorneys doWhat we do with you
Buys attention. Ads, mailers and paid leads. It all stops the day you stop paying.Builds trust. Your face and your town's news, every week. It adds up, and it stays with you.
Talks about you. Specials, before-and-afters, "call me today." People have seen it a hundred times and scroll past.Talks about them. What's happening in their town. People watch, and they remember who told them.
Chases views. Trends and sounds that strangers three states away watch. Views aren't customers.Reaches neighbors. The people in your town, the only ones who can actually hire you.
Buries the point. A slow intro and a logo. The scroll wins in two seconds.Answers first. One real question per video, answered in the first sentence. That's what makes a stranger trust you.
Shows up when it can. Twenty ideas posted once, then nothing for a month.Shows up every week. The same rhythm, week after week, until your town expects you.
Disappears. A post is gone in two days, and AI can't watch a video.Keeps working. What you say lands on your town's website, where search engines and AI can read it for years.

How it works

Three steps.

Step 01

Get the week's stories.

Every week we send you what happened in your town, already checked, with the finished script for each one. Keep the good ones, skip the rest.

Step 02

Hit record.

Read the exact words, in your voice, at the length you record. Your opener and your sign-off are already in the script.

Step 03

Post everywhere.

Post the video everywhere at once with Unbusied, which comes with your seat. The same story goes on your town's website and into its newsletter.

See every kind of business we host for

What would I actually be talking about?

Your town's news. What's opening, what's closing, what the village board decided. You're telling the news, not giving legal advice, and most weeks there's nothing about the law in it at all.

My work is serious. Will local news make me look less professional?

It does the opposite. People see that you're steady, clear and part of the town. That's what they want in the person who handles their family's affairs.

I'm in court and in meetings all day. When would I record?

In one sitting. We send the week's stories with the exact words already written, so you can record a week of videos at once, at your desk at the end of the day.

Will this bring me new clients?

We don't promise that, and nobody honest can. Trust takes weeks of showing up. What changes first is that people start to recognize you, at the library, at the high school game, in line for coffee. The calls come from that.

Can another attorney in my town do this too?

No. Each town has one host. Once it's you, we don't build the same thing for anyone else in your town.

What about the rules for my profession?

The stories are local news, not advice and not claims about your services. Anything that promotes your own practice follows your state bar's advertising rules: you approve every word before you record it, and if someone reviews your marketing, they see it first.

Who owns the website and the accounts?

We do. We build, host and run them, which is why there's no build fee. You're the face and the voice of the brand. If you ever leave, the videos you made stay up and a new host can step in, so your town keeps its news.

What does it cost?

$999 a month, month to month. That includes the website, the newsletter, the social accounts, every week's stories and scripts, Unbusied for posting, and a video chat with us every month.

One last thing

Nobody in your town has claimed this yet.

Your town will know you before they need you. Each town gets one host, so it might as well be you.
