For senior care and home health providers

Be the care provider families already trust.

Nobody picks someone to care for their mom from an ad. They pick someone they feel they already know. Every week you bring your town its news, and families come to know your face and your voice. We build the website, the newsletter and the social accounts, and send you the stories and the exact words to say.

What most senior care and home health providers do

Most care providers are a brochure in a hospital lobby.

Referral lists, a rack card at the senior center, a listing on a directory site that sells the lead to five other agencies. The family gets a stack of names on the worst week of their year, and every name looks the same.

The one they call is the one that feels familiar. Show up every week with the news from your own town, and by the time a family needs help, you're not a name on a list. You're the person they've been hearing from all along.

Everyone else waits on referrals. You bring your town its news.

The stories

Stories a care provider tells with real heart.

Most weeks you tell the town's news. Some weeks the news is about the people you care for, and nobody tells it with more patience.

The senior center's new ride program.

Who can sign up, which days the van runs, and the number to call to book a ride to the store or the library.

Cooling centers open for the heat wave.

Where they are, what hours they keep, and a reminder to check on the neighbor down the street who lives alone.

Volunteers will shovel for older residents this winter.

How the village's snow buddy program works, how to sign up a parent, and how to volunteer if you've got a shovel and an hour.

Families stay for years.

Care for a parent can go on for months or years, and a family that finds someone they trust doesn't go looking again. The choice is made by an adult child, often in a hurry, and often on a neighbor's word.

Be the name that comes up. A daughter who has watched you explain the ride program and the cooling centers already knows how you talk to people. That's the thing she's trying to find out.

Marketing that works

Most marketing buys attention. We build trust.

We've made more than 20,000 local videos, and the ones that bring in customers all do the same few things. Here's the difference.

What most senior care and home health providers doWhat we do with you
Buys attention. Ads, mailers and paid leads. It all stops the day you stop paying.Builds trust. Your face and your town's news, every week. It adds up, and it stays with you.
Talks about you. Specials, before-and-afters, "call me today." People have seen it a hundred times and scroll past.Talks about them. What's happening in their town. People watch, and they remember who told them.
Chases views. Trends and sounds that strangers three states away watch. Views aren't customers.Reaches neighbors. The people in your town, the only ones who can actually hire you.
Buries the point. A slow intro and a logo. The scroll wins in two seconds.Answers first. One real question per video, answered in the first sentence. That's what makes a stranger trust you.
Shows up when it can. Twenty ideas posted once, then nothing for a month.Shows up every week. The same rhythm, week after week, until your town expects you.
Disappears. A post is gone in two days, and AI can't watch a video.Keeps working. What you say lands on your town's website, where search engines and AI can read it for years.

How it works

Three steps.

Step 01

Get the week's stories.

Every week we send you what happened in your town, already checked, with the finished script for each one. Keep the good ones, skip the rest.

Step 02

Hit record.

Read the exact words, in your voice, at the length you record. Your opener and your sign-off are already in the script.

Step 03

Post everywhere.

Post the video everywhere at once with Unbusied, which comes with your seat. The same story goes on your town's website and into its newsletter.

See every kind of business we host for

My caregivers are busy and so am I. When would I record?

In one sitting a week. We send the stories with the exact words already written, so you can record a week of videos at once, at your desk or in the car between visits.

Do the videos talk about home care?

Mostly no. Most weeks you tell your town its news: what's opening, what's closing, what the village board decided. When the news touches older residents, like the senior center or a heat warning, you're the one who shares it.

Will I ever have to talk about a client or show one on camera?

No. The stories are town news, never your clients. Nobody you care for ever appears unless you choose it and they say yes.

I'm not comfortable on camera. Is that a problem?

Most people aren't at first. The words are written for you, short and plain, and you can redo a take as many times as you like. Families aren't looking for polish. They're looking for someone kind.

Can another agency in my town do this too?

No. Each town has one host. Once it's you, we don't build the same thing for anyone else in your town.

What about the rules for my profession?

The stories are local news, not advice and not claims about your services. Anything that promotes your own practice follows your state's rules for home care and health care advertising: you approve every word before you record it, and if someone reviews your marketing, they see it first.

Who owns the website and the accounts?

We do. We build, host and run them, which is why there's no build fee. You're the face and the voice of the brand. If you ever leave, the videos you made stay up and a new host can step in, so your town keeps its news.

What does it cost?

$999 a month, month to month. That includes the website, the newsletter, the social accounts, every week's stories and scripts, Unbusied for posting, and a video chat with us every month.

One last thing

Nobody in your town has claimed this yet.

Your town will know you before they need you. Each town gets one host, so it might as well be you.
